The consistently warm summers and cool evenings of the Pacific Northwest preserve the vibrancy of the grapes and produce a refined tannin structure. Silver Totem is currently bottling limited amounts of Cabernet and producing eco-friendly kegs of Malbec for selected on-premise accounts.
