Production Technique

Grapes are hand-harvested at about 22.5 Brix. Gentry pressed and fermented at cool temperatures. This allows for a wine of smooth character, with layered and integrated flavors. Pinot Gris aged on fermentation lees (for a rich yet bright body) with a portion in large oval casks without malolactic fermentation.

Tasting Notes & Pairings

Tasting Notes:  Crisp pear, melon, and honey blossom aromas. Stone fruit flavors are balanced by fresh acidity.

Pairings:  Ideal with grilled chicken, fresh shellfish, and pasta in a light cream sauce.
